- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients, ensuring a high volume of daily calls.
- Identify and secure quality appointments for the Business Development Managers to facilitate business growth.
- Effectively bypass gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers directly.
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s database, including detailed logs of calls and clearing outdated information.
- Display a high level of resilience and perseverance to overcome objections and meet call targets.
